Trefoil Group Expands Creative and Digital Team with Addition of Pete Balistrieri

Agency strengthens service offerings with new hire and
existing team member promotions

(Jan. 4, 2017) – Trefoil Group is pleased to announce the expansion of its Creative and Digital Team with the addition of Pete Balistrieri, Vice President – Creative Strategy. In this newly-created role, Balistrieri will work to oversee the creative and digital strategy at the agency, a full-service marketing communications firm dedicated to helping companies elevate marketing’s contribution to attracting both the customers and talent needed to grow and thrive.

The agency has further enhanced this division with the promotions of Nick Abadie and Dave Neubert, each of whom now hold the title of Associate Creative Director.

The Vice President – Creative Strategy position provides Balistrieri the opportunity to continue elevating and evolving Trefoil Group’s creative conscience by leveraging his knowledge and experience in animation, design and digital communications programs to drive creative ideation and execution across all channels. He will lead the Creative and Digital Team in collaboration with Client Services to create impactful results and high-quality products.

With more than 15 years of proven experience directing photo and video campaigns, graphic design initiatives and corporate events for Fortune 500 companies, Balistrieri delivers on objectives by engaging audiences in a compelling and insightful manner, executing innovative ideas that achieve optimal results. Prior to joining Trefoil Group, Balistrieri served as Creative Services Director at USAV Group, where he was responsible for setting creative strategy, directing associated efforts and ensuring maximum exposure and effectiveness of campaigns for corporate and industrial video projects.
In addition, Nick Abadie and Dave Neubert were each promoted to the position of Associate Creative Director—an opportunity allowing them to work together as a team and share responsibility for all creative executions while capitalizing on their respective strengths and specialized competencies.

Abadie brings to this role a decade of advertising and marketing experience. Previously, as Senior Art Director, Abadie was responsible for producing results across a broad range of programs including creative and strategic web and print design. His skills are leveraged when executing across a range of objectives, including all aspects of web design, creating and enhancing brand identities, developing impactful sales collateral, and designing tradeshow graphics, product promotions, advertisements, and other online and offline marketing materials.

Neubert’s vast copywriting experience on both the client and agency side of the business enables him to find engaging ways to effectively articulate clear and concise content across a range of formats, including websites, sales collateral, advertisements, social media and news releases. With a strong background in search engine optimization (SEO), he authors all original web content with Google search criteria being a high priority.
