In his role, Black partners with the agency’s Creative and Client Services Teams to produce websites, e-comms and landing pages, for which he applies UX design and SEO best practices. Leveraging his SharpSpring certification, Black also manages digital campaigns via the SharpSpring marketing automation platform which has been a game-changer for the agency’s clients, accelerating their ability to effectively engage and nurture leads. Black’s deep knowledge of the platform has gained Trefoil Group a SharpSpring Silver Certified Partnership.
