The New Growth Driver

Following the 2020 acquisitions of Donnelly Custom Manufacturing and Built Rite-Reliance and LSR Engineering, Beacon Manufacturing Group turned to Trefoil Group to integrate, brand and launch its new companies. With marketing a primary driver for accelerating growth, program goals focused on increasing revenue, profit and exit multiples.

With the introduction of the medical business slated for a national tradeshow in just 75 days, time was of the essence. To build enterprise value for Beacon Manufacturing Group while driving transactions at the business unit level, an endorsed branding hierarchy connected the businesses through the Beacon name. A brand platform integrated Beacon Manufacturing Group with its two businesses: Beacon MedTech Solutions and Beacon Engineered Solutions. Messaging and visual design created a framework for the new brand and all communications on new websites, in employee communications and across all target audience outreach.

Efforts then shifted to business-specific integrated marketing programs that build brand equity and drive value. Ongoing initiatives include content marketing, public relations, social media, sales enablement and digital marketing campaigns. As the businesses build recognition and reputation through industry awards, media placements and more, we continue to amplify and elevate these stories through multi-channel communications.

Digital marketing campaigns are building brand awareness and reaching new audiences through a combination of Pay-Per-Click (PPC), behavioral advertising, social media advertising and website retargeting– all while building enterprise value.
