The industry leader in high-performing dust collection systems for the Ready-Mix and Concrete Production markets, C&W ‘s go-to-market strategy was expanding to new industrial applications. With more than 40 years of expertise, the company needed to effectively communicate and elevate its value proposition to strategically grow. A branding initiative uncovered three key insights as most critical to the market – a singular focus on dust, passionate people, and a commitment to customer success. Using this knowledge, we were able to lay the brand foundation with a new name, messaging and visual identity, build a new website with e-commerce functionality and accelerate entry into new markets.

Deliverables

Deep competencies in dust collection technologies – as well as passionate employees with a “never settle” attitude – supported C&W’s transition to a new name, C&W DustTech, and brand Dust Settles. We Don’t.™. Repositioning this more traditional manufacturer as an industry-leading dust collection technology company, Trefoil Group launched a multichannel marketing campaign spanning traditional and digital channels that would reach decision makers in a growing range of industries.
