The impact of COVID-19 has elevated supply chain management to a critical C-suite conversation. Companies are increasingly focused on optimizing supply chains, distribution center operations and logistics, and mastering the Middle Mile amidst an unprecedented emphasis on online purchasing and direct-to-consumer distribution. RJW turned to Trefoil Group to rebrand and build its reputation as a 3PL industry leader, ultimately positioning it as a viable market contender against established category leaders.

Strategically, we recognized it was essential to create a new messaging platform that articulated the brand’s competitive differentiators and synthesized its value. Leveraging this platform and serving as extension of RJW Marketing, we created a multichannel marketing program designed to accelerate awareness, position the company as a retail logistics expert and drive sales opportunities nationwide.

From creating a new visual brand identity, to a website that creates an intuitive user experience and clearly communicates differentiation and value, to brand and product videos, to thought leadership content that is leveraged across social media platforms, to a proactive national PR program – we have advanced market perceptions of RJW as a formidable contender and a company to watch. Our initiatives have elevated awareness of brand, services and differentiation, while establishing expertise, driving reputational trust and accelerating sales.

Since August 2019, Trefoil Group has secured broadcast, print and online coverage reaching over 50.6 million viewers and readers nationwide.
