To capitalize on one of the food industry’s biggest market opportunities, Structural Concepts, a leading innovator of temperature-controlled displays, designed a micro market solution. The goal: to help foodservice operators meet growing consumer demand for convenient, better-for-you food options.

A video highlighting the advantages of micro markets was augmented by a series of case studies showcasing grab-and-go display applications. First utilized for sales training, the tools are now being used to build customer enthusiasm on the growing market opportunity, showcase Structural Concepts’ product/technology differentiation and easily engage in more meaningful, productive sales conversations.

A video that incorporates statistical evidence of top and bottom-line performance improvements of SCC’s micro market to enhance the sales team’s ability to better speak to the product value. The video utilizes stock videography and animated graphics to more affordably capture and maintain audience interest.
